Because most of our items are custom-fabricated to your exact specifications, our shipping and returns policies are designed to ensure your order is handled with care from our workshop to your project site.

1. Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 CAD within our designated delivery zone.

• Inspection upon Delivery: Glass is a fragile material. We strongly recommend that you inspect your items immediately upon delivery in the presence of our team or the courier.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Because every piece of glass is custom-cut and/or tempered to your unique measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please ensure that all dimensions are double-checked before submitting your order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

• Reporting Damage: You must report any transit damage or manufacturing defects to us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect.
  • A brief description of the issue.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a prompt repair or replacement of the affected glass piece at no additional cost to you.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 587-523-2888.

• If your order has not yet entered the fabrication stage, we can issue a full refund.
• If production of your custom glass has already commenced, we are unable to cancel the order or provide a refund, as the material has already been cut and prepared specifically for your project.
